Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Shoaee
Dr. Shoaee received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. In an effort to gain more exposure to the dental field and gain a better understanding of the process involved in making crowns, bridges, and dentures, he attended the Dental Lab Technology Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Shoaee proceeded to further his dental education at the Indiana University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He has had the privilege of practicing dentistry in Houston, Texas since 2005. Dr. Shoaee has enjoyed caring for the health of patients of all ages. He is committed to providing optimal care in a relaxing and comfortable environment for every patient whom he treats. Dr. Shoaee is affiliated with the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society. He is constantly improving his dental skills and techniques by participating in continuing education courses. In addition to spending time with his family, Dr. Shoaee enjoys oil painting in his spare time.
Dr. Ziafat is a native Houstonian who graduated from Stratford High School. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Biology from the University of Houston, Dr. Ziafat earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio. She has loved her profession from the start and has always enjoyed the personal relationships it has allowed her to form with patients. Dr. Ziafat strongly believes the patients who are in her care are an extension of her family and strives to provide them the best quality care in a warm, friendly environment. It has always been her goal to make every patient feel comforted and at home while receiving their dental care. She knows the importance of listening to patient’s concerns and makes sure to take those concerns into account in all stages of treatment. Dr. Ziafat makes it a priority to stay current with new advances in dental technology and technique so that she may provide her patients the best dental care available. In her spare time, Dr. Ziafat enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and attending concerts, musicals, and the ballet.
